Job summary

Arbatax Park Resort on Sardinia is seeking a Head of Animation to design engaging edutainment programs and lead the Kids Club team for families and guests. You will plan events, supervise activities, and ensure safety and high guest satisfaction across resort facilities.

The role calls for proven leadership in hospitality, strong team management, and fluency in Italian and English. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required; accommodation and onboarding are provided as part of our

• Proven experience in a Head of Animation, Kids Club Manager, Entertainment Manager, or similar leadership role in resorts or family hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative and age-appropriate edutainment programs for babies, children, and teenagers.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise recreational, sports, creative, and entertainment activities for families and guests.
• Oversee the daily operations of Kids Club facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and lead the entertainment and Kids Club team.
• Create memorable family experiences and special events that strengthen guest engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Resort Experience teams.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, inventories, and operational reporting.
• Act as ambassador of the family experience and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Your responsibilities with us:

• High guest-service orientation and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
