Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is seeking a Groups & Events Coordinator for Arbatax Park Resort. You will coordinate group programs, liaise with sales and booking teams, and supervise multi‑department execution of events across our Sardinian resort.

The role emphasizes precise planning, strong communication, and hands‑on involvement during arrivals and events to ensure high service standards and seamless guest experiences.

Competenze

• Background in hotel operations, group coordination, or reservations.
• Strong organizational, planning and multi‑department coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication for client and team relations; adaptable to changes.
• Highly collaborative approach to cross‑department tasks.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a strong asset.

Mansioni

• Gather all group information, programs, sold services, and client requests from the sales representative.
• Coordinate with Booking Office to verify stays, rooming lists, arrivals, departures, and terms in the PMS.
• Share group needs with Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, Restaurant, Housekeeping, and Technical teams; ensure proper prep.
• Coordinate welcome services, coffee breaks, group lunches/dinners, meetings, activities, and events.
• Verify areas, rooms, materials, equipment, and setups meet guidelines.
• Be present during group arrivals, events, and services to monitor and intervene as needed.
• Serve as the operational contact for group needs and manage changes to the program.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure requests are respected by all departments.
• Review administrative and accounting data related to the role.
