Aethos Milan, located in the Navigli district, invites a proactive hospitality student or recent graduate to join the Sales & Events team. You will assist in coordinating group bookings, meetings, and private events from inquiry to execution, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

You will work across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Kitchen, prepare proposals, contracts, and function sheets, and help manage calendars and client databases. Fluent English and Italian preferred.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong interest in hospitality, events, luxury lifestyle, and guest experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate group bookings, meetings, private events, and social occasions from inquiry to execution.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, function sheets, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Kitchen for seamless event execution.
• Help manage event calendars, booking systems, and client databases.
• Support site inspections and client meetings to provide a welcoming experience.
• Respond to event inquiries and follow up with clients throughout planning.
• Support on-site event execution, ensuring guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about hospitality trends and local market opportunities.
• Provide operational support to Sales & Events across projects and daily activities.

What you'll do

• Support the coordination and administration of group bookings, meetings, private events, and social occasions from inquiry to execution.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, function sheets, and other event-related documentation.
• Coordinate with operational departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Kitchen, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Help manage event calendars, booking systems, and client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Support site inspections and client meetings, providing a professional and welcoming experience to prospective guests.
• Assist in responding to event inquiries and follow up with clients throughout the planning process.
• Support the execution of events on-site, ensuring guest satisfaction and attention to detail throughout the event journey.
• Monitor guest feedback after events and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the guest experience.
• Stay informed about hospitality trends, event concepts, and local market opportunities.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales & Events team across various projects and daily activities, adapting to evolving business needs.

What you bring to the table

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in hospitality, events, luxury lifestyle, and guest experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of hotel PMS or event management systems is considered a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
