Aethos in Milano is seeking an experienced bartender to join our bar team. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests at the bar and during events, while maintaining service standards and a welcoming, polished presence.

Fluency in English and Italian, a track record in luxury or high-volume venues, strong knowledge of cocktails and bar equipment, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential. Evening and weekend shifts may apply.

• Addresses guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by the Bar Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or Hotel Management.
