Job summary

Bolton Group located in Milan is seeking a Group Business Controller Intern to join the Group F&A Team. You will assist in monitoring and analyzing business performance across the Group, delivering timely reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making.

You will report to the Group Business Controlling Senior Manager. The internship is 6 months, curricular or extra-curricular, and full-time or part-time as required. Fluent Italian and English are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to analyze data and produce insights.
• Fluent in Italian and English; high attention to detail; team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute the daily sales report for all Business Units.
• Support monthly and periodic management reporting with accurate data.
• Assist analyses tracking performance across units, products, brands and geographies.
• Support the team in implementing AI solutions to enhance reporting and controlling processes.
• Prepare business presentations for the Board.

We are looking for a Group Business Controller Intern to join our Group F&A Team based in Milan.

How you make the difference

As a Business Controller Intern, you'll support the monitoring and analysis of business performance across the Group, working closely with colleagues from different functions and Business Units to deliver accurate, timely reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making.

How your agenda looks like:

• Prepare and distribute the daily sales report, tracking performance against targets and prior periods across Business Units;
• Support monthly and periodic management reporting, helping ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data;
• Support the preparation of analyses tracking business performance across business units, product lines, brands and geographies;
• Support the team in implementing AI solutions to enhance reporting and controlling processes;
• Assist in preparing business presentations for the Board.

Your team:

You will report directly to our Group Business Controlling Senior Manager.

The role doesn't include direct reports.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Bachelor or master's degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent;
• Technical skills: you have a good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint), strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI tools;
• Local Language: Perfectly fluent in Italian and English;

• Team player, positive attitude to work,pragmatic & problem solving approach.
