Job summary

Bolton is seeking an HR Intern for the People & Organisation team in Milan. You will support HR Business Partners and the HR Manager, contributing to attracting talent, onboarding new joiners, well-being initiatives, and corporate communications using Canva and PowerPoint.

You will also engage with internal stakeholders and assist in KPI monitoring, gaining hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Job description

We are looking for a resource to be included as HR Intern within our People & Organisation function in the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, based in Milan.

How you'll make a difference

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and the HR Manager, supporting and contributing to the management of People & Organisation processes. You will have the opportunity to contribute to every stage of our people's journey: from attracting new talent to designing well-being initiatives, up to creating content capable of telling and strengthening our corporate culture.

What your agenda will look like:

• Talent acquisition: you will contribute to the entire recruiting process, from the publication of ads to screening, and interview management, supporting the identification of the profiles most in line with the needs of the business.
• Onboarding and pre-onboarding: you will support the team in managing the activities dedicated to welcoming and onboarding new people into the company.
• Well-being: you will support the design, coordination and analysis of initiatives aimed at promoting the well-being of our people.
• Internal communication: you will help tell the story of the company's life and culture through communication materials with Canva and PowerPoint.
• Stakeholder collaboration: you will work closely with internal stakeholders and business partners, offering support in business processes and throughout the employee's journey in the company.
• HR KPI Monitoring: You Will support the collection, updating and analysis of key HR KPIs

Your team:

You will report directly to the HR Manager

What makes you a good fit:

• You are a proactive and brilliant young graduate with excellent communication skills and a strong creativity
• You have a specialist degree or postgraduate master's degree in economics, psychology or related disciplines with a specialization in HR
• You have excellent organization and priority management skills
• You have an advanced knowledge of Italian and English
• You have a Knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and Power point and the Canva suit
• You have good problem-solving skills and a propensity for teamwork with excellent interpersonal skills

• Internship allowance: €900 gross per month
