Job summary

Bolton Group in Milan is seeking a Marketing & Trade Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing team in the Adhesives Business Unit. The role supports the execution of marketing strategies and helps position products effectively in the market.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, assist Product Managers with packaging updates, monitor competitors, and support the Sales Team with promotional materials and reports. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong teamworking ability, proactivity and curiosity.
• Italian and English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & Trade Marketing team in day-to-day activities.
• Assist Product Managers in developing and adapting product packaging.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, focusing on launches, promotions and advertising.
• Support Sales Team with trade presentations, new product launch materials, promotional plans and technical sheets.
• Assist in Sell-in and Sell-out data analysis and periodic reporting.

How your agenda looks like:

• Support the Marketing & Trade Marketing team in the day by day activities;
• Assist the Product Managers in the development and in the adaptation of products packaging;
• Support in monitoring the main competitors’ activities with specific focus on new launches, promotions and advertising;
• Support the Sales Team on trade presentations, new products launch materials, implementation of clients’ promotional plans, product information and technical sheets;
• Support the preparation of Sell-in and Sell-out data analysis and periodical reporting.

Your team:

You will report directly to our Marketing Manager.

• Education: Currently studying Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office,with specific focus on Power Point and Excel.
