Job summary

Bolton Food in Cermenate (CO), Italy, is seeking an Industrial Controller Intern to assist the PSO Controlling Team. You will contribute to driving economic performance by analyzing costs and providing insights, while supporting closing activities and KPI reviews.

The role involves cost reporting for new launches, payback analyses for investments, and close collaboration with the Industrial team. An internship of 6 months with a €900 gross monthly allowance is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering.
• Previous experience in controlling will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support closing activities and tracking/forecasting production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity.
• Analyze production cost variances and identify key drivers.
• Analyze plant economic performance against KPIs and collaborate with the Industrial team.

Industrial Controller Intern

We are looking for a PSO Controller Intern to join our Finance Department in Bolton Food based in Italy, Cermenate.

How you make the difference

You will join the PSO Controlling Team to contribute to driving the plant’s economic performance by providing accurate cost analysis and valuable financial insights.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• You will support the team in closing activities, as well as in tracking and forecasting production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity;
• You will contribute to the analysis of production cost variances, supporting the identification and understanding of key drivers;
• You will support the analysis of plant economic performance against key KPIs and collaborate with the Industrial team on business performance topics;
• You will contribute to the preparation of cost reports for new launches and products and support payback analyses related to investment projects.

Your Team

You will report to the PSO Controlling Manager Italy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Master's Degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering;
• Previous experience in controlling will be considered a plus;
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as OFFICE Suite;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
