Jinko Power in Milan is seeking an experienced Grid Engineer to lead feasibility studies and define bankable connection strategies for Italian projects. You will manage connection applications to Terna and DSOs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with Italian grid rules throughout development, construction and energisation.

The role requires 5–8 years in grid-connection or renewable projects in Italy, strong knowledge of Terna processes, and fluency in Italian and

Competenze

Education in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevance to power systems.
5-8 years of grid-connection or renewable-energy project experience in Italy.
Knowledge of Terna and DSO processes, and Italian market procedures.
Strong ability to review diagrams, studies and consultant deliverables.
Fluent Italian and professional English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

Grid feasibility and strategy: assess capacity, connection points and constraints.
Prepare and manage connection applications to Terna and DSOs.
Oversee Italian connection process, including STMG/STMD steps and contracts.
Interface with Terna, E-Distribuzione and DSOs; lead technical meetings.
Coordinate grid studies and reviews of assumptions and results.
Ensure compliance with TICA, Terna Grid Code and CEI/GAUDÌ rules.
Review designs, diagrams, offers and consultant outputs for decisions.
Manage schedules, budgets and risk; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Provide input to investment decisions and due-diligence processes.
