Refeel is seeking a Grid Manager to oversee the technical, regulatory, and connection aspects of PV and BESS projects in Italy. The role spans from design through construction, installation, commissioning and potentially operations, with mandatory experience in Italian regulatory issues and connection processes.

You will manage grid connection procedures, coordinate with stakeholders, and support procurement and EPC management to ensure successful project delivery.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical degree.
• Strong understanding of electrical networks and PV/BESS connections.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Mansioni

• Manage grid connection procedures and coordinate with stakeholders until commercial operation.
• Review and approve vendors and suppliers for technical and economic considerations.
• Monitor grid codes and regulatory requirements for project compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and business development for design and execution.
