Responsabilités

• Prepare administrative documents and professional presentations.
• Draft monthly reports tracking actuals vs. budget.
• Complete and submit funding application forms.
• Monitor European, national, and regional funding opportunities.
• Identify calls for proposals and align with internal project ideas.
• Support evaluation and submission of grant proposals.
• Coordinate project timelines and contribute to management tasks.
• Handle signature collection and declarations from senior leadership.
• Manage shared project folders including confidential documents.
