Job summary

STAM S.r.l. in Genoa is seeking a Funded Projects Finance & Administration Officer to support financial management of EU- and nationally funded projects.

You will handle proposal preparation, partner coordination, financial reporting, budgeting and audit support within STAM’s Financial & Administration Area. The role requires a Master’s degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Italian, and strong Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit project proposals under EU and national funding programmes.
• Coordinate project partners and verify eligibility documentation.
• Prepare, review and submit project financial reports to EC and national agencies.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and staff/subcontracting costs against approved budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and assist in audits and contract amendments.
• Support grant and funding agreement management and related contracting tasks.
• Assist clients in administrative and financial documentation for funded projects.
