Menarini in Florence, Italy, is seeking a seasoned finance professional for the Corporate Controlling & Planning team. You will support group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closes, providing detailed financial insights for strategic decision-making.

We require a degree in Economics, 3+ years in a similar role, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Fluent in English and Italian, you will interact with Group management and cross-functional teams to drive performance.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar corporate role.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficient PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CCH Tagetik is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage group consolidation, budgets, forecasts, and year-end closing.
• Analyze profitability and variances against budget and prior year.
• Ensure P&L allocations align with group guidelines.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, headcount, P&L).
• Develop business cases and ad-hoc financial analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with top management and cross-functional teams to drive insights.
