Emerson is seeking a Graduate Sales Engineer in Milan to launch a technical sales career. The program combines hands-on customer engagement, mentorship, and structured development to build expertise in electronics, computing, and marketing.

You’ll rotate through sales, applications engineering, and technical marketing to sharpen communication and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and are open to relocating across Europe for two years.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Biomedical or related technical field.
• Interest in long-term career in technical sales, technical marketing or applications engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of electronics, computing systems, and programming languages such as C, Python, LabVIEW.
• Willingness to relocate to Milan (Italy), Paris (France), Munich (Germany), or Reading (UK) for at least two years as part of the program.

• Learn and develop expertise in NI solutions, technologies, and sales processes while supporting customers with technical challenges.
• Support customer opportunities with Account Managers, product demos, training, and solution configuration.
• Balance inbound sales opportunities, marketing leads, presentations, demos, and prospecting to build a sales pipeline.
• Develop expertise in test and measurement technologies for long-term career growth.
• Qualify customer requirements and progress opportunities with Account Managers.
