Radius is launching a 12-month Graduate Management Programme in Italy, based in Vimercate. The programme offers four rotations across commercial and operations, with a focus on customer experience, service delivery and business operations within Fuel and Telematics.

You will be mentored by a director and supported as a brand ambassador at university events. You will complete three to four-month rotations in each area, building practical experience and increasing responsibility from day one.

Competenze

• Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected).
• English knowledge at intermediate level (B2) is required.
• Evidence of some work experience or extra-curricular activities is a plus.
• Creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
