AB InBev Italia S.P.A. is launching its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program for recent graduates.

The 10-month development track includes rotations in Sales, Commercial, and Supply & Logistics, with a 70-20-10 learning approach and exposure to real business projects across Europe. Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership, ownership, and collaboration, with fluent English and the right to work in the country of application.

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's (or equivalent) degree, by Sep 2027
• Fluent English and native language of country of application
• Valid permanent visa/work permit for country of application
• Willingness to geographic mobility across Europe
• Graduation before September 2027 and no more than 2 years of professional experience

Mansioni

• Work on real business projects in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics
• Participate in 10-month GMT program with 3–4 month rotations
• Learning and development approach: 70% on-the-job, 20% exposure, 10% formal training
