Move Intermodal nv in Italy seeks a Management Trainee in Novara to start in September 2025. You will follow an on-the-job training program, rotate across departments in 6–12 week periods, and work on operational to strategic projects with coaching from the CIO.

The role emphasizes development of soft skills such as communication and leadership. The program aims to grow you into a responsible position within a dynamic, international logistics company.

Competenze

• Master's degree in logistics management, business administration or economics.
• Ambitious starter with pro-active attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; German/French/Dutch a plus.
• Willing to travel internationally.
