Radius invites graduates to join a 2026 Global Graduate Programme in Milan. This 12‑month rotation spans Inside Sales, Telematics, and Account Management, with roughly three months in each area.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience from day one, supported by mentors, including a UK buddy and local leaders. The program seeks a 2:1 degree with English at least B2, plus ambition, strong communication, adaptability, and the drive to excel in a fast‑paced tech and mobility environment.

Competenze

• A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected).
• English knowledge on intermediate level (B2) is required.
• Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed.
• Evidence of some work experience or extra‑curricular activities is a plus.
• A creative, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to innovate.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.

Mansioni

• Responsible for direct sales and account management for both our Fuel and Telematics BUs.
• Gain direct experience on the phone working with customers and on targets.
• Take on managerial tasks – team leadership, coaching and responsibility for individual projects.
• Receive constant support from local senior leaders and a UK buddy.
