PE Global Recruitment is seeking an MEP Project Lead to join our client’s team in Milan. This full-time, permanent role focuses on leading a multidisciplinary MEP team on major data centre projects across Europe, ensuring high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordination with contractors and design teams, driving procurement strategies, and managing scheduling, sequencing and resource planning to deliver projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong procurement knowledge and experience in scheduling/ sequencing.
• Proven ability to lead MEP teams and deliver data centre projects.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
• Propose design changes to improve cost efficiency and construction programme.
• Monitor construction quality of workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate with contracts manager, site engineers and discipline leads for timely information.
• Ensure drawings and specs are correctly interpreted and issues communicated to the design team.
• Define project resources and motivate the project team.
• Oversee health and safety standards on site.
