Turner & Townsend in Milan seeks a Technical Consultant in the MEP field to reinforce the Technical Due Diligence team for property and project assessments. You will participate in reviews, document inspection, and cost appraisal in a cross-functional setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in MEP project management or planning, cost estimation, and a solid grasp of building services standards. Travel within Italy is expected; fluent Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• University degree in building services engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in the MEP/technical property management domain.
• Ability to assess construction and refurbishment costs and conduct condition assessments.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Participate in purchase and sale review of properties and developments (MEP sub-area) as part of Technical Due Diligence.
• Perform condition assessments of heating, ventilation, sanitation, HVAC, electrical, BMS/BAS, and fire protection systems.
• Support internal quality control and project monitoring for MEP-related costs and reports.
• Develop feasibility studies within an interdisciplinary team.
