Speckand in Italy is launching a Graduate Development Program aimed at recent graduates seeking to innovate within the FinTech sector. The program spans three years and emphasizes hands-on experience in product development, especially in Machine Learning and AI solutions. Participants will be paired with senior professionals and given real responsibilities from day one.

This opportunity requires a Master's degree in a STEM field and strong communication skills. English fluency is mandatory, while relocation support is available for candidates outside the EU.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record.
• Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+).
• Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the development of ION’s products from requirements to delivery.
