Speckand, a leading software product company in the FinTech sector, is seeking recent graduates for its innovative Graduate Development Program in Trento, Italy. This three-year program offers a unique opportunity to engage in live projects, working across various phases that align with your interests and abilities.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing data transformation projects, collaborating closely with process owners, and automating complex reporting tasks, including Power BI dashboards. If you have a Master’s in a STEM field, a solid command of Python and SQL, and are fluent in English and Italian, we want to hear from you!

Competenze

• Master's degree obtained within the last year or in progress with a strong academic record.
• Solid command of Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative nature.

Mansioni

• Own full data transformation and reporting pipelines.
• Interact with business and process owners to understand data sources.
• Automate data extraction, cleaning, transformation and standardization.
• Implement automated reporting across multiple channels.
• Manage and maintain operational data pipelines end-to-end.
