Speckand is offering a Graduate Development Program aimed at recent graduates who wish to reinvent processes in the FinTech sector. This three-year program provides hands-on experience as participants work on real projects while receiving guidance from senior professionals.

You'll engage in various responsibilities, such as developing ION’s products, collaborating across teams, and solving technical problems. Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and be fluent in English (B2+), with the option to work remotely for applicants based in Italy.

Competenze

• Recent graduates or those currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• Strong communicator and collaborative nature is essential.
• Fluency in English (B2+) required.
