Arsenalia in Italy’s Veneto region seeks an AI-focused developer to design and build AI-driven applications, focusing on practical implementation over specific tech stacks. You’ll work with LLMs, prompts, APIs, and rapid prototyping to turn business ideas into production-ready features, collaborating with a team and traveling as needed.

You will work with modern AI tools, be proactive in learning, and contribute to a technology-agnostic mindset while delivering high-quality user experiences.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in software development with any modern language or framework.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate external services into applications.
• Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and interest in AI-assisted development.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on building and iterating quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Availability for short- and medium-term business travel.
