Barry Callebaut is looking for a field-based technical specialist to support B2B customers in the gourmet artisan channel, focusing on pastry, bakery and chocolate applications. The role requires strong knowledge of semi-industrial production and the ability to translate technical features into commercial value.

Competenze

• Professional background in pastry, bakery, or chocolate production with strong technical expertise.
• Italian native speaking; additional languages a plus.
• Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery and chocolate/cocoa applications.
• Understanding of industrial and semi-industrial production processes.
• Experience with ingredient functionality, recipe formulation and process optimization.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage B2B customers within the gourmet artisan channel, leveraging the existing network.
• Provide technical and application support on cocoa, chocolate, pastry and bakery ingredients, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Act as a bridge between R&D, Commercial and Marketing, supporting product development and trials.
• Support sales activities through customer visits, technical presentations, demos and trials, including scale-up processes.
• Deliver technical training and product presentations at trade fairs and events.
