Brenntag Italy's Innovation & Application Centre seeks an experienced Application Technologist for bakery formulations and trials. You will work with technical, sales and marketing teams to drive product innovation, assess ingredient functionality, and deliver documented results from lab to pilot-scale.

The role requires a degree in Food Science and Technology or related field, 5+ years in a technical food environment, strong formulation knowledge, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Degree in Food Science and Technology or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in a technical/application development role within the food industry, preferably bakery.
• Strong understanding of food processing technologies and product formulation.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Mansioni

• Develop new formulations and applications for the bakery market.
• Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale trials; document results.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to test new ingredients.
• Prepare samples, prototypes, and technical documentation for presentations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
