Competenze

• Experience in pastry, bakery or chocolate ingredient applications in B2B foods.
• Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery and chocolate/cocoa applications.
• Experience with ingredient functionality and process optimization.
• Ability to support scale-up from lab to production.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage B2B customers within gourmet artisan channel.
• Provide technical and application support on cocoa, chocolate, pastry ingredients.
• Bridge between R&D, Commercial and Marketing; support product development and trials.
• Support sales activities through customer visits, demos and trials.
• Deliver technical training and represent the company at events.
