Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Operations Support Specialist for the Borgo San Michele – Latina site. The role focuses on updating procedures, promoting continuous GMP improvements, and ensuring proper CAPA actions are implemented.

A university degree in a scientific field is preferred and English proficiency is required. The 12-month fixed-term contract supports the Operations group to embed quality culture, monitor KPIs, and drive corrective actions to minimize quality and

For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract. As a Associate Operations Support Specialist, you will: Support the updating of procedures (WI & SOP) in the Operations area, promoting continuous improvement of GMP processes. Contribute, in collaboration with the responsible of the areas involved, to the identification of improvements and SOP review. Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA. Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes. Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems. Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• University Degree - Scientific field (Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF or other equivalent)
• Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique.
• Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required; Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Proficiency in English is required
• Working experience of at least 6 months in a pharmaceutical production plant (is preferred)

Base Pay Range

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €27,100.00 - €43,240.00
