Johnson & Johnson in Latina (Italy) is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor – New Product Introduction for its Borgo San Michele site to lead NPI manufacturing activities and drive readiness for new product introductions.

The role focuses on coordinating batch and continuous production, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a GMP environment. English fluency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or another relevant scientific discipline.
• GMP-regulated manufacturing operations experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise NPI manufacturing across Batch Mode, Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC.
• Coordinate resources, schedules and operational priorities to guarantee project timelines while avoiding impact on commercial production.
• Drive operational readiness activities for Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC (Enterprise Technology Center).
• Support implementation of innovative manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of operators through effective performance management and development planning.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, engagement and continuous learning with other area supervisors.
