Job summary

Nestlé S.A. International Retail Hub in Milan seeks a Visual Merchandising Excellence Senior Project Manager.

You will drive VM excellence across the global boutique network, define standards and capability-building programs, and govern Retail Communication and Visual Identity initiatives. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Headquarters and markets, evolve the VM strategy, and develop tools and guidelines that ensure brand consistency, premium customer experience and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail or Retail Communication and Visual Merchandising.
• Strong project management experience in an international environment, with experience in brand retail communication and cross-functional collaboration at Headquarters and market level.
• Fluency in English (advanced).
• University degree in Marketing, Design or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of Visual Merchandising excellence across the global boutique network.
• Define and develop Visual Merchandising standards and capability-building programs for the global VM community.
• Lead the creation, implementation and governance of year-round Retail Communication and Visual Identity initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency and differentiated customer experience across markets.
• Develop tools and guidelines to create inspiring, easy-to-shop displays that drive discovery and purchase.
• Partner with Retail Design and other teams to align VM with brand and concept developments.
