CHANEL is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising specialist for the Milan Grand Milano area. You will translate the spirit of CHANEL collections into a premium boutique experience, ensuring that the House’s visual codes are consistently conveyed.

With at least 5 years in Visual Merchandising within luxury fashion, you will inspire desire, manage displays, and contribute to commercial performance while collaborating with VM and Stock teams to maintain impeccable standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising in the luxury/fashion sector.
• Strong knowledge of boutique environments and display standards.
• Excellent communication and intercultural awareness.

Mansioni

• Co-responsible for boutique appearance, visuals, and inventory standards.
• Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain windows, lighting, cleanliness and product labelling.
• Contribute to daily display maintenance and stock replenishment.
• Drive boutique performance by aligning product presentation with collections.
