Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. in Milan is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Designer to elevate the luxury brand’s presentation across global markets.

You will develop windows, in-store installations and pop-ups, collaborating with the Global VM team and Retail to ensure a consistent brand image, while travelling internationally as needed. The role requires 5–8 years in VM design within luxury or fashion and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Design.
• Luxury or fashion industry experience is preferred.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions for windows, in-store installations and pop-ups.
• Support the development of window displays and installations following the creative brief.
• Follow up on prototyping and production activities to ensure execution matches the vision.
• Collaborate with VM, Creative, Production, Retail and Market teams on store presentations and events.
