WeRoad is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to own global portfolio visibility, analyze demand and profitability, and guide decisions across markets and products. You will partner with Revenue and Supply teams and leverage AI tools to benchmark offerings and forecast trends.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 1–2 years in portfolio analysis, strong data skills, and flawless English. Hybrid work from Milan HQ or remote options are available, with a permanent full-time contract and a €30,000–€36,000

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• AI native knowledge of pricing, revenue, offering, competitor benchmarking.
• Data-savvy and able to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• 1–2 years in Portfolio or product performance analysis, ideally in travel/e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of supply–demand dynamics and lifecycle performance.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI dashboards; comfortable with AI-based tools.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Own global portfolio visibility and performance tracking across all markets and product categories.
• Run portfolio analyses to identify itineraries to scale, optimize, or kill using data-driven insights.
• Monitor competitive offerings with AI benchmarking tools for pricing and positioning.
• Analyze market trends and traveler behavior to detect shifts and opportunities.
• Assess mix of destinations, durations, price ranges, and travel moods to minimize stock risk.
• Supervise offering planning and availability for 18–24 months ahead with suppliers and teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue Manager and Supply Managers to align portfolio with forecasting and contracting.
• Act as central voice in Monthly Business Reviews with performance insights and recommendations.
• Experiment with AI to improve analytic capabilities and portfolio decision-making.
