WeRoad, a dynamic travel startup, is seeking a Founder Associate Intern to work hybrid from Milan. You will sit with the leadership on cross-functional initiatives, strategic analysis, and operational priorities, moving fast to drive impact across markets.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates in quantitative fields with strong analytical skills, English fluency, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers exposure to strategy, growth, and AI-driven initiatives in a scale-up environment.

Competenze

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative/business discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers: build spreadsheets, read P&L, and derive insights.

Mansioni

• Support the founder and senior leadership on high-priority strategic and operational projects, from framing the problem to delivering the output.
• Conduct research and analysis — market landscapes, competitor benchmarking, performance deep-dives — and turn data into decision-ready insights.
• Prepare materials for internal and external audiences: team updates, investor decks, board summaries, and cross-functional briefings.
• Track key business metrics and contribute to regular reporting cycles, flag anomalies and surface patterns.
• Coordinate across teams to move cross-functional projects forward, managing timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Explore and prototype AI tools and processes to help WeRoad operate smarter as it scales.
