WeRoad is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to manage and optimize our global itinerary portfolio from Milan, with options for full-remote or hybrid work. You will own portfolio visibility, monitor performance, and drive decisions across markets based on data and AI-assisted benchmarking.

The role requires a master’s degree in a quantitative field, 1–2 years in portfolio analysis (travel/e-commerce preferred), strong Excel/SQL and BI skills, and English fluency.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• 1–2 years of experience in Portfolio or product performance analysis, ideally within travel, e-commerce, or marketplace environments where assortment management and pricing optimization are key.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI dashboards, and able to work with AI-based or automation tools for benchmarking and forecasting.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Curious about travel trends and consumer behavior.

Mansioni

• Own global portfolio visibility and performance tracking, ensuring itineraries are monitored for sales, conversion, fill rate, and margin across markets and product categories.
• Run portfolio analyses to identify which itineraries to scale, optimize, or kill using data-driven insights.
• Monitor and evaluate competitive offerings with AI-based benchmarking tools.
• Analyze market trends and traveler behavior to detect shifts and identify new opportunities.
• Assess the depth and balance of the offering to maintain optimal mix of destinations, durations, and price ranges.
• Supervise offering planning and availability, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for 18–24 months of forecasted demand.
• Collaborate with Revenue Manager and Supply Managers to align portfolio management with forecasting and contracting strategies.
• Act as central voice of portfolio health in Monthly Business Reviews with insights and recommendations.
• Experiment with AI to improve analytical capabilities and automation in portfolio decision-making.
