Allianz Commercial is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager — Domain Lead to drive strategic transformation across a high-complexity operational domain. You will architect the global service delivery model, set priorities and govern work across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations, balancing global consistency with market differentiation.

You will engage senior stakeholders, mentor Domain Leads, and contribute to GBO TOM 2.0, building capability and champions for advanced AI-enabled

Competenze

• 7–10 years in operational transformation with senior stakeholder accountability.
• 7–10 years working with global delivery models (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Deep domain expertise in at least one GBO operational domain with strategic impact.
• 5–7 years leading a community of practice or centre of excellence.
• 2–3 years in AI adoption, digital enablement or change management.
• Experience mentoring transformation professionals and building team capability.

• Own the transformation agenda for your domain and represent it at senior governance level.
• Shadow workflows across delivery locations and maintain up-to-date domain understanding.
• Co-shape TOM 2.0 workstreams and surface automation/AI opportunities.
• Bring external regulatory/industry perspectives to keep the domain ahead.
• Analyse workflows, identify waste and drive automation candidates.
• Direct analysts and SMEs, translating evidence into compelling business cases.
