Hitachi Energy in Italy seeks a Global Internal Communications Specialist to drive storytelling, employee engagement, and aligned messaging across a diverse organization.

You will create content for intranets, newsletters, and meetings, manage channels, and partner with stakeholders to support town halls and leadership communications. A strong English proficiency and 3+ years' experience are expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

• Support execution of internal communication strategies aligned with global priorities.
• Create, edit, and publish content for intranet, newsletters, emails, and employee platforms.
• Manage internal communication channels for accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
• Coordinate global campaigns, engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
• Prepare leadership materials: presentations, messages, and event content.
