DiaSorin S.p.A. in Italy is seeking an I&SP Supply Planning Specialist to ensure the correct and timely procurement of the product line based on demand, forecasts, service level, and internal quality standards.

You will coordinate with warehouse, QA, suppliers, logistics and customer teams, generate supplier performance reports, support procurement and pricing activities, and assist in RoP planning and purchase orders, with a base gross annual salary starting at €35,117.32.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the supply of instruments/parts based on RoP approved by the Leader position and warranties from suppliers
• Coordinate with warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments from suppliers
• Collaborate with QA for entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse
• Collaborate with Suppliers to improve flows and lead times
• Collaborate with Logistic and Customs Team for transfer and customs clearance
• Generate supplier performance reports and analyze with Leader
• Support Procurement to manage Price Lists and Supplier relations
• Support Customer team to ensure proper shipment assignment
• Assist RoP definition and purchase orders of instruments/spares
