Job summary

FICEP S.p.A. in Gazzada Schianno, Italy, is looking for a Spare Parts Material Planner to manage planning, procurement requests, and data governance. You will monitor inventory, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement of planning processes.

The role requires 3–4 years in material planning or procurement planning, strong Excel and ERP/MRP knowledge, and English at B2 level. On-site, full-time position with a €30,000–€35,000 gross annual salary.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning or Procurement Planning.
• Knowledge of MRP principles and material requirements planning.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of data analysis and/or Business Intelligence tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Java, Python or equivalent).
• Good command of English (B2 level).
• Strong interest in continuous improvement and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan spare parts requirements based on customer orders, historical consumption data and planning parameters.
• Submit procurement requests to the Buyer to ensure material availability.
• Plan requirements for components to be manufactured by external suppliers and in-house, respecting lead times.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels and stock coverage.
• Collaborate with Spare Parts teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
• Develop dashboards and decision-support tools to improve visibility of planning and procurement.
