Zusammenfassung

Diasorin, a global leader in immunodiagnostic and molecular diagnostics, seeks a Procurement/Operations professional in Italy. You will ensure timely procurement, manage instrument and spare parts, and coordinate with warehouse, QA, suppliers, and logistics to optimize lead times and compliance.

Fluent Italian and English are required, German is a plus. The role offers a permanent contract, a base salary with variable pay, and extensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
• SAP knowledge; Advanced Excel; Power BI.
• Willingness to develop knowledge and learn from situations and mistakes.
• Native Italian and fluent English; German language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Ensure correct and timely procurement of the product line based on demand, forecasts and service level.
• Manage supply of instruments/parts, new and refurbished, per RoP and supplier warranties.
• Coordinate returns from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on warranty status and resale opportunity.
• Collaborate with warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments.
• Collaborate with QA for entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve flows and lead time.
• Work with Logistics and Customs to handle transfer and clearance of products.
• Generate supplier performance reports and review with Leader.
• Support Service and Development to release new products per planning needs.
• Support Procurement in price lists and supplier relations.
• Assist Customers team to ensure proper shipment assignment; assist RoP and PO issuance.

Job Scope

Ensure the correct and timely procurement of the product line for which it is responsible based on demand, forecasts, service level and according to the internal standard of quality

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages of the supply of instruments/parts, new and refurbished, based on the RoP approved by the Leader position and on the warranties given by the suppliers
• Manages the return of the products from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on their warranty status and resale opportunity by central warehouse
• Collaborates with the warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments from suppliers
• Collaborates with QA for the entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse
• Collaborates with Suppliers to improve flows and operative lead time
• Collaborates with Logistic and Customs Team to perform the transfer and customs clearance of products managed by the team
• Generate reports on suppliers' performance and analyze them with the Leader position
• Supports Service and Development Department to release new products in compliance with Planning needs
• Supports the Procurement Department to manage Price Lists and Supplier Relations
• Supports with Customers team to ensure proper shipment assignment
• Supports the Leader position in the planning activity, providing, by delegation, the definition of the RoP of the product lines or the issuance of the Purchase Orders of the instruments/spares

Education, Experience, And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of Management Engineering or equivalent experience in the position
• One-two years in equivalent position
• SAP management knowledge; Advanced Excel level (programming languages is a plus); PBI
• The willing to develop knowledge, learn from situations and from its own mistakes
