Job summary

Diasorin, a global leader in immunodiagnostic and molecular diagnostics, seeks a Procurement/Operations professional in Italy. You will ensure timely procurement, manage instrument and spare parts, and coordinate with warehouse, QA, suppliers, and logistics to optimize lead times and compliance.

Fluent Italian and English are required, German is a plus. The role offers a permanent contract, a base salary with variable pay, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
• SAP knowledge; Advanced Excel; Power BI.
• Willingness to develop knowledge and learn from situations and mistakes.
• Native Italian and fluent English; German language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timely procurement of the product line based on demand, forecasts and service level.
• Manage supply of instruments/parts, new and refurbished, per RoP and supplier warranties.
• Coordinate returns from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on warranty status and resale opportunity.
• Collaborate with warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments.
• Collaborate with QA for entry/management of NCs recorded by the warehouse.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve flows and lead time.
• Work with Logistics and Customs to handle transfer and clearance of products.
• Generate supplier performance reports and review with Leader.
• Support Service and Development to release new products per planning needs.
• Support Procurement in price lists and supplier relations.
• Assist Customers team to ensure proper shipment assignment; assist RoP and PO issuance.
