EUSA Pharma Ltd in Italy seeks a Supply Chain Operational Excellence Lead to drive end-to-end improvements across the corporate supply chain. You will partner across functions to optimize performance, budgeting, and project delivery while advancing S&OP, data analytics, and digital tool adoption.

You will lead cross-functional governance, standardize processes, and mentor teams to reduce lead times, improve visibility, and ensure robust risk mitigation. Pharma experience is advantageous.

Competenze

• 7+ years in complex supply chains or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with S&OP and Demand Planning.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain roadmap design and implementation.
• Lead performance management with KPI harmonization and reporting.
• Support budgeting processes and governance with Finance.
• Act as project governance reference across supply chain and cross-functional projects.
• Advance S&OP and Demand Planning by standardizing processes.
• Drive manufacturing improvements to reduce lead times and improve visibility.
• Lead digital tools rollout and act as change agent for new tools.
