Ourvita in Nichelino (TO) seeks a Head of Group Supply Chain to define the strategy and lead the S&OP across a global manufacturing network, ensuring products meet quality standards.

You will oversee planning, drive continuous improvement, and manage supplier partnerships with international travel required. The role demands 10+ years in supply chain, a Master’s degree, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to operate at a strategic level while handling operational details.
• Willing to travel across EU, UK, US and beyond.
• Experience in global manufacturing or industrial supply chains is essential.

Mansioni

• Define the Group Supply Chain strategy and priorities in coordination with leadership.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) program and ensure regular execution.
• Oversee production master planning and inventory management with cross-functional links.
• Define and monitor group KPIs such as OTIF, inventory value and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with internal functions and external partners to improve service levels.
