Recordati is seeking a Supply Chain Operational Excellence Lead in Milano to spearhead end-to-end governance of the global Supply Chain improvement roadmap. You will oversee performance metrics, budgeting inputs, and cross-functional projects while acting as a change agent for new digital tools and best practices.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 7 years in complex Supply Chains or related consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP IBP or similar tools is a plus.
• Pharma industry experience is advantageous.

• Oversee end-to-end SC roadmap design and implementation.
• Lead performance management with KPI definition and harmonization.
• Manage SC budgeting inputs and consolidation.
• Provide project management governance for SC and cross-functional initiatives.
