Baker Hughes is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist to manage quality aspects of supplier delivered products. You will drive NCR handling, RCA leadership, and corrective actions while aligning with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Procurement.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, fluency in English and Italian, and experience with welding and NDT. International travel and strong data-driven problem solving are expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of welding and NDT techniques; basic metallurgy and heat treatment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage Supplier’s related Non-Conformity Records (NCR).
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and support corrective actions (CA).
• Implement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers.
• Qualify suppliers according to Company rules.
• Carry out periodic audits to verify supplier compliance.
• Check on-the-job inspections per Quality Control Plans.
• Support SDR management and cross-functional quality initiatives.
