Baker Hughes in Italy seeks a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Production Process and Equipment at the Talamona Shop to optimize processes, improve efficiency and uphold high quality. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine manufacturing systems and procedures.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, knowledge of lean methods, strong problem-solving, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with product design and development to ensure manufacturability.
Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify improvements.
Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and protect quality.
Evaluate new equipment and methods to enhance capabilities.
Train production staff in new processes and technologies.
Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
Serve as technical reference for Manufacturing Engineering and support continuous improvement.
