Baker Hughes in Massa, Italy, is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist- Manufacturing Engineering Specialist for Testing Projects to lead string test design, coordinate testing activities and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. You will draft official test reports, manage documentation, and monitor the test budget while interfacing with customers.

This role also drives decarbonization initiatives and promotes digitalization of test methodologies in collaboration with university

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in STEM disciplines.
• 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Proactive and accurate in data processing.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Six Sigma training or equivalent quality tools knowledge.

Mansioni

• Drive the string test design timeline to meet customer requirements and resolve critical issues before finalization.
• Supervise timely delivery of engineering documentation before test design.
• Review contractual test requirements and provide feedback to the test engineering team.
• Draft official test reports and related certification documents.
• Ensure project budget aligns with test procedure requirements and discuss cost-saving options with customer and project management.
• Manage relationships and meetings with customers.
• Provide technical direction and support on CTQ during design and test execution.
• Provide mechanical system support on test benches during plant erection.
• Capture testing lessons learned in the dedicated system.
