Amplifon AG in Milan invites a talented Master’s student or recent graduate to join the Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A team for a 6‑month internship starting October 2026. You will support cross‑functional strategic initiatives, help drive revenue growth, and develop business insights in a fast-paced international setting.

You will collaborate with multiple teams globally, gain exposure to new business models, and communicate findings through presentations and reports.

Competenze

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Speak English; any additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Support identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to projects driving revenue growth including new products and partnerships.
• Assist in analysis and development of business insights to support new models and channels.
• Collaborate with teams across countries to support key initiatives.
• Provide operational support in change management for strategic projects.
• Conduct market research and benchmark trends and impacts.
• Prepare presentations and reports communicating findings and recommendations.
