A 6-month Global Planning & Control Internship is available at Amplifon in Milan. The role supports the Global Planning & Control team within Finance, contributing from day one and engaging in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and KPI development.

We welcome graduates in Finance or Economics who are fluent in English and proficient in Excel, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate student in Finance, Economics, or similar.
• Speak English fluently.
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks.
• Organized and responsive to requests in a timely manner.
• Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Results oriented with good communication skills.

Global Planning & Control Internship | starting date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Planning & Control team the Finance department division.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Support monthly Forecasting & Budgeting processes on global level
• Assists functions with Reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets
• Partnering with the business on all elements of financial performance and strategy, providingfinancial guidance on new business models and decisions in evaluating returns on investments
• Support in the Digitalization of KPI’s
• Be a point of reference for Business Partners in both countries and corporate.

You are the right person if you:

• Are a graduate student in Finance, Economics, or similar
• Speak English fluently.
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail.
• Are able to set priorities and manage and a variety of tasks.
• Have a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to requests in a timely manner.
• Possess a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team.
• Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Are results oriented with good communication skills.

• 1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
• Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
