Technogym is seeking a Software Release Specialist to drive the deployment and global adoption of software releases across our connected ecosystem. You will orchestrate end-to-end release life cycles, coordinating product development, marketing, quality, and operations to ensure data-driven rollouts that enhance user experience worldwide.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in software deployment, release management, or product operations, with a proven track record in managing rollouts across distributed systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Mansioni

• End-to-End release lifecycle management for all digital products, driving deployment and adoption strategies across the global network of connected devices.
• Cross-functional coordination across development, QA, marketing, and operations to manage dependencies and adoption goals.
• Maintain the master release calendar, enforce quality policies, lead readiness meetings, and orchestrate go/no-go decisions.
• Monitor adoption rates and deployment data to minimize fragmentation and report KPIs (speed, change failure rate).
• Continuously improve release processes and documentation.
